WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Ordering a custom shirt with your exact color preferences? Processing can take up to 12 business days during the holidays, but typically takes 6-10 business days. 

Once your order is processed, we ship from Southern California, via USPS First Class (3-6 days) for shirts and Priority Mail (2-4 days) for gifts such as cups, tumblers, etc. 

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?
Each of our shirt styles run a little differently, because we carry a few brands and different fit options.

There are size charts in each product listing- please measure a shirt that you like the fit of and compare those measurements to the size chart. (and measure your shirt on a flat surface)

It's important to check the size chart so that your shirt fits perfectly- these shirts might fit differently than the ones you normally wear. (Please keep in mind that shirts can vary up to a 1/2" of an inch from the size chart.)

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
FREE over $75! (Standard shipping is $4, and free on orders over $75) 

Standard takes about 3-6 business days (this does not include processing time), and we send tracking information to you so you can follow your order right to your door.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON?
Our system only allows for you to use one coupon at a time.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We are so sorry! We replace all damaged items that have been cared for per our care instructions up to 30 days after the delivery confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you!


MY PACKAGE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL
We are so sorry! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.


If your packages is lost in the mail for 10 days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.

We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Because all of our items are handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. If you ordered an item and it has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

DO YOU HAVE PLUS SIZED SHIRTS?
Our Ladies Fit shirts go from S-2XL and our unisex short sleeve shirt go from S-4XL. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking issues. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card and place a new order.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

RETURNS

We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer exchanges of unworn/unwashed apparel as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. This only applies to regular merchandise NOT custom orders. There are no Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on custom orders. 

You have 2 easy options:

1) Store Credit

Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). We will also send you a free return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

There is a maximum of 2 exchanges with store credit per order.

2) Refund

Can’t find something that will work? We will refund payment method for the item(s), minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased and the cost of return shipping. We will also send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Please wash inside out on delicate, hang dry and do not iron. Each shirt comes with a care tag as well.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
Yes- We offer wholesale to brick and mortar stores. If that's you, please email us directly. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Absolutely! If you have an idea for a verse or phrase, please do email us!
